About Delivery Costs:If your warranty claim is approved, you will be responsible for any delivery fees for your replacement mattress.
How to Take the Photos We Need:Please take pictures of the problem with your mattress.
  1. Take clear photos: Remove all sheets, mattress pads, and blankets.
  2. Take multiple photos: Take several pictures from different angles and distances.
If your claim is for a sagging spot (body impression):We need a specific photo to measure the sag. Please follow these steps:
  1. Place a golf ball or a similar small ball in the deepest part of the sag.
  2. Lay a straight object across the sag (like a broom handle, yardstick, or a long piece of wood).
  3. Use a ruler or tape measure to show the distance from the bottom of the straight object down to the top of the golf ball.
