About Delivery Costs

If your warranty claim is approved, you’ll be responsible for any delivery fees associated with your replacement mattress.

We’ll let you know all costs up front — no surprises, just straight talk.

How to Take the Right Photos

Good photos help your claim fly through the process quickly! Please follow these steps carefully:

General Photo Tips

• Remove all sheets, blankets, and mattress protectors.

• Take multiple clear photos from different angles and distances.

• Make sure your lighting is good — natural light is best!

If You’re Reporting a Sag or Body Impression

We’ll need one specific measurement photo:

1. Place a golf ball or similar small ball in the deepest part of the sag.

2. Lay a straight object (like a broom handle, yardstick, or flat board) across the sag.

3. Use a ruler or tape measure to show the distance from the bottom of the straight object down to the top of the ball.

4. Snap a clear, close-up photo showing that measurement.
