At Zippy Mattress, price is never a sticky situation! If you spot a lower price on the same or a comparable mattress from any local or online authorized dealer within 120 days of your purchase, just show us—and we’ll beat it. Sweet dreams at sweeter prices? That’s our promise to you!

120 Day Comfort Guarantee

Give your new mattress at least 30 days to work its magic—because great sleep takes time to bloom! If you’re not buzzing with joy after that, you can exchange or return your mattress within 120 days for a refund.

Heads up: Adjustable bases, accessories, mattress protectors, pillows, bedframes, and nationwide shipping fees aren’t eligible for return or exchange. Also excluded are warranty replacements, damaged or stained mattresses, special orders, and promotional “with-purchase” items (their value will be deducted from refunds).

Mattresses must have their original labels and tags attached, and be free from damage, stains, or abuse. Local exchanges or returns have no restocking fee, while nationwide exchanges or returns carry a $299 restocking fee. Just a heads-up—we can’t take responsibility for your old mattress if you asked us to haul it off when delivering your new one.

Every mattress purchase qualifies for our 120 Day Comfort Guarantee (unless otherwise noted). Refunds are processed promptly, with 3-5 business days for funds to appear on your original payment method.

Local exchanges or returns come with no restocking fee. Nationwide exchanges or returns have a $299 restocking fee.
