If you paid by Cash or Check, you will receive a refund check, from Zippy Mattress Corporate Offices, in the mail within 1-2 weeks. If you paid by Credit Card, please call the store at which you made your purchase and they will process the refund for you. Your refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement. Local exchanges or refunds will incur a $149 restocking fee. Nationwide exchanges or refunds will incur a $299 restocking fee.

White glove delivery is a personal service that fits into your schedule. We bring the new mattress into your home and set it up for you in the room of your choice. We make setting up your new bed easy and convenient.
We do the heavy lifting so you can relax. White Glove Delivery is the most convenient way to order a mattress online. It’s typically 1 day from your purchase date until your new mattress arrives and is setup ready for a great nights sleep. Unlike UPS or FedEx we can’t provide tracking numbers with an exact delivery day. Below is the WGD process and what to expect from our White Glove Delivery Team.
- We prepare your order for shipping. Most orders are prepared & shipped within 24 hours. We’ll notify you when your order ships.
- Your order is taken via freight carrier to our local White Glove agent nearest you. Transit time is normally 1-2 business days.
- Once our local White Glove agent has your order they will call the phone number you provided to schedule a delivery day/time that is convenient for you. Final mile in-home White Glove Delivery & setup typically takes 1 days. Enjoy your new mattress!
It’s your responsibility to provide Zippy Mattress with a valid phone number in order for our White Glove Delivery Team to contact you regarding the scheduling of your mattress delivery & setup.
Peace of Mind for Your Mattress Purchase
When you purchase a mattress protector with your mattress, you have the option of a one-time exchange within 365 days or a refund within 120 days of the original purchase date. Please wait 30 days before returning your mattress. Your mattress must still have the tags and labels attached and not have any damage or stains. Local exchanges or refunds will incur a $149 restocking fee. Nationwide exchanges or refunds will incur a $299 restocking fee. Restocking fee(s), adjustable bases & accessories are non-refundable.
